Terms and Conditions

1. About DIGITAL HELPER

suttertek DIGITAL HELPER is a hosted browser-based software service operated by Suttertek LLC. It is designed to provide a simple, personalized starting place for everyday digital activities and access to trusted links, information, and contacts.

DIGITAL HELPER is provided as an online service. Customers do not receive ownership of, or a downloadable copy of, the software.

2. Eligibility and Authority

By using DIGITAL HELPER, you confirm that you are authorized to configure and use the service for yourself or, where applicable, that you have permission from the person for whom you are helping configure the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that names, contact details, links, and other information you provide are accurate and are provided with appropriate permission.

3. Intended Use

DIGITAL HELPER organizes access to commonly used digital resources, including email, financial websites, utilities, shopping, healthcare-related websites, important-document locations, internet and TV information, contacts, safety guidance, simple AI assistance, and games.

DIGITAL HELPER does not itself provide banking, financial, medical, insurance, telecommunications, shopping, or other third-party services. Those services remain subject to their own terms, privacy practices, security controls, and availability.

4. Trusted Helper and Remote Help

The service may allow a user to identify a trusted Helper, such as a family member, friend, caregiver, or other person chosen by the user, and to contact that person through guided Call, Video Call, Chat / Message, or Remote Help options.

DIGITAL HELPER is not sold as a computer repair, device maintenance, cybersecurity remediation, or paid remote technical support service. A trusted Helper is selected by the customer and is not automatically a Suttertek technician or representative.

5. Prohibited Information

DIGITAL HELPER is not intended to store sensitive account credentials or financial secrets. Do not enter or store passwords, PINs, account numbers, security answers, recovery codes, private access codes, Social Security numbers, Medicare identification numbers, payment card numbers, or similar sensitive credentials in DIGITAL HELPER.

If a third-party website requests sensitive information, you should provide it only directly to that third party after confirming that you are on the correct website.

6. External Links and Third-Party Services

DIGITAL HELPER may contain links to third-party websites and services selected by Suttertek, the customer, or the customer's Helper. Suttertek does not control those third-party services and does not guarantee their availability, accuracy, security, content, or continued compatibility.

Third-party links may change, stop working, or require separate accounts, applications, subscriptions, or device capabilities.

7. Access and Availability

Access to DIGITAL HELPER requires a compatible device, supported web browser, and internet connection. Some communication features may also depend on installed applications, device permissions, telephone service, or third-party services.

Suttertek may update, maintain, improve, or modify the hosted service over time. Planned or unplanned interruptions may occasionally occur.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Keep your private DIGITAL HELPER access link reasonably secure and do not publish it publicly.

Review configured links and contact information periodically and update them when they change.

Use reasonable care before following links, sharing personal information, making payments, or acting on third-party information.

Contact Suttertek product support if you believe your DIGITAL HELPER access link has been exposed or the service is not working as expected.

9. Payments and Merchant of Record

DIGITAL HELPER is offered as an annual subscription. Orders are processed by Paddle.com, which is planned to act as Suttertek's online reseller and Merchant of Record for DIGITAL HELPER purchases. Paddle handles the buyer payment transaction and related payment support and returns in accordance with the applicable Paddle buyer terms and policies.

10. Refunds

Refund requests are governed by the separate DIGITAL HELPER Refund Policy, Paddle's applicable buyer terms and refund policy, and any mandatory consumer rights that apply.

11. Product Support

DIGITAL HELPER product support is available at support@suttertek.com for issues related to access, configuration, and use of the Suttertek-hosted service.

Product support does not replace assistance provided by third-party banks, healthcare providers, insurers, utilities, retailers, device manufacturers, internet providers, or other external services.

12. Intellectual Property

DIGITAL HELPER, its software, interface, branding, content created by Suttertek, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Suttertek LLC. Purchase of access does not transfer ownership of the software or Suttertek intellectual property.

Customers receive a limited right to use the hosted service for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms.

13. Suspension or Termination

Suttertek may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to address security concerns, misuse, legal requirements, nonpayment, or material violations of these Terms.

14. Disclaimers

DIGITAL HELPER is intended to simplify access and organization. It does not provide financial, legal, medical, insurance, investment, or emergency advice.

15. Changes to These Terms

Suttertek may update these Terms as the product, payment model, or legal requirements change. This page shows its effective date above.
