Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how Suttertek LLC handles information in connection with suttertek DIGITAL HELPER, a hosted browser-based software service.

Paddle, as the planned Merchant of Record, separately processes buyer and payment information under Paddle's own privacy notice and buyer terms. Suttertek does not receive or store buyers' payment card details through the Paddle checkout.

2. Information DIGITAL HELPER May Process

Depending on how the service is configured and used, DIGITAL HELPER may process information such as:

3. Information DIGITAL HELPER Is Not Designed to Store

DIGITAL HELPER is not designed to store passwords, PINs, account numbers, security answers, recovery codes, private access codes, Social Security numbers, Medicare identification numbers, payment card numbers, or similar sensitive credentials.

Customers should not enter such information into DIGITAL HELPER.

4. Payment Information

Checkout is provided by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Paddle processes payment details and transaction information according to Paddle's own terms and privacy notice.

Suttertek may receive transaction-related information needed to provision the service, provide support, reconcile payments, and maintain business records.

5. How Suttertek Uses Information

6. Trusted Helpers and Customer-Directed Sharing

A customer may choose to configure a trusted Helper or other contacts. Information entered for those people is provided at the customer's direction. Customers should obtain any permission that may be appropriate before entering another person's contact information.

Using Call, Video Call, Chat / Message, or Remote Help may involve third-party communication services selected or configured by the customer. Those third parties process information under their own privacy practices.

7. Third-Party Websites and Services

DIGITAL HELPER can contain links to third-party websites and services. Suttertek does not control the privacy practices of those third parties. Customers should review the privacy information provided by the third party before submitting personal or sensitive information.

8. Hosting and Service Providers

DIGITAL HELPER is hosted on infrastructure provided by Hostinger. Suttertek may also use service providers needed for hosting, security, email, payment processing, support, accounting, or other business operations.

9. Cookies, Local Storage, and Logs

The service uses browser and server technologies necessary to operate the hosted application, such as browser session storage used during purchase and setup. This policy does not claim that DIGITAL HELPER is cookie-free or tracking-free, and it does not claim to be perfectly secure.

10. Retention

Suttertek retains business, transaction, subscription, refund, dispute, notification, and audit records as needed for accounting, compliance, dispute resolution, and other legitimate business operations. These business and audit records are retained separately from, and independently of, the personalized DIGITAL HELPER configuration described below.

Once DIGITAL HELPER access ends on a permanent basis, such as after a full refund or an unresolved cancellation or nonpayment, the personalized DIGITAL HELPER configuration is retained for 30 days and then deleted.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is open and unresolved, the personalized DIGITAL HELPER configuration is retained until the dispute is resolved, rather than being deleted while the outcome is undetermined.

11. Security

Suttertek uses technical and organizational measures intended to protect the hosted service, including HTTPS, server-side access controls, protected operator access, and private customer access tokens.

No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Customers should keep their private DIGITAL HELPER link reasonably secure and contact Suttertek if they believe it has been exposed.

12. Privacy Rights and Requests

Depending on where a customer lives, applicable law may provide rights relating to personal information, such as access, correction, deletion, or other controls.

Privacy-related requests concerning Suttertek's handling of DIGITAL HELPER information may be sent to support@suttertek.com. Paddle-related buyer or payment privacy requests may also be subject to Paddle's own privacy process.

13. International Users

DIGITAL HELPER is intended for U.S. and international use. Information may be processed in countries where Suttertek or its service providers operate.

Suttertek may update this Privacy Policy when product features, providers, data practices, or legal requirements change. This page shows its effective date above.
